During the month of June, annual satisfaction surveys were made accessible at all Therapeutic Alternatives office sites for people served and for staff. Supervisors assured that surveys were given to people served for completion. Results of the surveys were analyzed by the Quality Improvement Core Team and the Quality Improvement Compliance Team.
Throughout the next year, the Quality Improvement Committee will follow up with the survey outcomes by addressing the topics identified as quality improvement projects. The committee will continue meeting with people served, supervisors, and other staff to determine goals for continued quality improvement. Results of the surveys are shown on the next three pages.
