We invite you to become a part of our team that is making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. You can earn $7.25 to $25.00 per hour based on your educational background and your experience working with people with mental illness, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases. Experience is helpful, but is not required. You will receive valuable training prior to beginning work and hands-on training during your employment. Training includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- CPR
- First Aid
- OSHA
- Client Rights
Full-time and part-time positions are available. A benefits package is offered to full-time employees (those who work at least 30 scheduled hours per week). Benefits include medical, dental and short-term disability insurance, as well as paid vacation days.
Positions are available in our group homes, assisted living homes, and one-on-one with people in their homes and in the community. Refer to our Community Services section for an overview of the services that we provide.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some positions require a 4-year degree
- Clean driving and criminal histories
- Current tuberculin skin test for assisted living facilities
The tuberculin (TB) skin test must have been taken within the past thirty (30) days or must be taken prior to beginning work. A second tuberculin skin test must be completed within 3 weeks from hire date to satisfy the company's 2-step requirement.
